Signing for Deliveries.
Some deliveries will require a signature. If you know you are going to be unable to provide a signature you can specify a work address to have your order shipped to as long as it is a registered business.
You will receive a dispatch notification via email when your order has been processed and despatched. This notification will also include a link to your order's tracking information.

You may return your item for a full refund or exchange for another item within 30 days of receipt. We cannot refund your original postage costs if you have simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. Customers are also responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post. Any queries please contact us on 0113 2434568. Shipping and Handling
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend that you use Royal Mail and get a proof of postage.
All items must be unused and include the original packaging with all tags attached. If you plan to return an item of clothing please keep it clean. Once clothing has been worn and / or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shoes must be unworn and include the original undamaged packaging. We recommend that you try your new shoes on inside as this will help keep them clean and returnable. If you do plan to return your shoes do not wear them after trying them on. Please return the shoes in the original manufacturers box they were shipped in but do not tape, label or damage this box. Use a mailing bag or paper to cover the exterior of the shoebox. Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Tomorrow Store does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect. If we find the item is faulty due to manufacturing defect or otherwise we will reimburse the incurred shipping costs up to the value of £10.
