Contemporary skate brand, Pop Trading was founded by Peter Kolks and Ric van Rest in 2013. The Dutch brands physical store can be found bang in the middle of Amsterdams famous red light district where the guys support the local skate community through events, film premiers and skate sessions. Although their roots are embedded in skateboarding and always will be, the brand have a much broader appeal and due to their varied product offering, high quality and often understated pieces they appeal to everyone. Pop was the first skate brand to show at Paris Fashion Week and Peter and Ric call the brand a "menswear inspired skate brand" which kind of hits the nail on the head.
